Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager (Consumer)

About the role

A leading global consumer brand is looking for a strategic, creative and commercially minded Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to lead its social media and influencer marketing strategy. Working within the Marketing team, the role combines storytelling, influencer partnerships, community management and data-driven campaign optimisation to build brand awareness and advocacy across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated social media and influencer marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, adapting global campaigns to local needs for GCC and wider Middle East audiences.
• Identify emerging social, cultural and consumer trends to keep the brand relevant.
• Lead content planning and execution across key social platforms, and manage influencer and creator partnerships from brief to performance reporting.
• Nurture online communities through authentic conversation and user-generated content, and optimise campaigns with data-driven insights.
• Partner with marketing, ecommerce, media, retail, product and agency teams, support product launches and keep brand messaging consistent across channels.
• Manage budgets and define, monitor and report on campaign KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years' experience in social media, influencer marketing or digital marketing, preferably in consumer, retail, lifestyle, FMCG or consumer electronics brands.
• Proven track record of successful social and influencer campaigns across the GCC.
• Strong understanding of social platforms, content creation and the regional influencer landscape.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is an advantage.
