Social Media Manager and Content Creator

About the role

We are launching a new luxury private wellness brand in Dubai and need a hands‑on Social Media Manager and Content Creator to build our digital presence from scratch. You will be responsible for turning audience attention into enquiries and bookings by producing daily short‑form content and managing paid campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other platforms.
• Plan, film, photograph, edit and publish high‑quality Reels, TikToks, Stories, posts, carousels and ad creatives every day.
• Create content calendars, original campaign ideas, scripts, hooks, captions and strong calls‑to‑action.
• Launch, monitor and optimise Meta and TikTok advertising campaigns, handling prospecting, retargeting, audience building, budget allocation and creative testing.
• Track organic and paid performance using platform analytics, pixels and conversion tracking, focusing on enquiries, bookings, CAC and ROAS.
• Manage influencer and user‑generated content programmes, including research, outreach, negotiation, briefing and performance reporting.
• Direct influencers, models, guests and team members during shoots and oversee community interactions in comments and direct messages.
• Monitor trends, competitors and audience behaviour and translate insights into new content and campaign ideas.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of hands‑on experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing.
• Currently residing in the UAE and able to work full‑time on‑site in Dubai.
• Strong portfolio showcasing content you have personally planned, filmed and edited.
• Proven results managing Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• High personal ownership and ability to work without detailed daily instructions.
