Social Media Manager & Content Creator

About the role

NALA, a fast-casual, chef-led food brand made fresh to order in under eight minutes, is growing across the UAE and is looking for a Social Media Content Creator. The role brings the brand to life on TikTok and Instagram, from concept and filming to editing and publishing, with a focus on authentic, on-the-ground content.

Key responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day TikTok presence, from ideation and scripting to filming, editing, publishing and community engagement, with a steady flow of TikToks, Reels and Stories.
• Capture content across NALA locations (food prep, kitchen moments, guest experiences, store life) and edit to a high standard; adapt content for organic and paid media.
• Create original series celebrating the chef-led food, kitchen and brand personality, and cover store openings, menu launches, the Superette range, events and collaborations.
• Engage the community, support influencer and creator collaborations, and work with Marketing, Creative, Culinary, Beverage and Operations teams.
• Track weekly performance and use analytics to refine formats, posting times and hooks, and identify organic content for paid amplification.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience creating social media content, ideally in food, hospitality, lifestyle or retail.
• A strong portfolio of original TikTok and Instagram content.
• Confident filming on smartphone and camera, with a good eye for food, lighting and composition.
• Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple shoots and deadlines; good understanding of the UAE social media landscape.
• Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Editing with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro; After Effects is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of TikTok, Instagram and Meta analytics.
