About the role

Huda Beauty is seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to lead the strategy and execution of content across both branded and founder social channels. You will shape the brand’s digital voice, engage the beauty community, and collaborate with influencers and creators to keep the conversation fresh and authentic.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative social content strategies that align with brand values, founder storytelling, and marketing objectives.
• Actively engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and user‑generated content, fostering a positive community.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators to amplify brand awareness.
• Monitor brand mentions, trends, and customer sentiment to optimize content and identify cultural moments for authentic participation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
• Use performance reports and data‑driven insights to refine social media tactics.
• Stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and best practices to keep accounts innovative and competitive.
• Own and manage the social content calendar, ensuring consistent storytelling across key brand and founder moments.
• Drive audience growth and discoverability by creating scalable content formats and social‑first storytelling.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or content strategy, preferably within the beauty industry.
• Deep understanding of major social platforms and their best practices.
• Strong network and proven experience working with influencers and creators.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable content improvements.
