Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead the planning, execution and growth of Hantec Trader’s social channels. The role will own content planning, campaign coordination, publishing and performance monitoring to support brand visibility, engagement and acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Develop monthly and weekly social media plans and content calendars aligned with campaigns, launches, promotions and competitions.
• Manage day‑to‑day publishing on Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok and LinkedIn, coordinating creative and copy assets.
• Execute campaign rollouts, maintain publishing discipline and follow platform best practices.
• Translate promotions and offers into effective social content and support hero campaigns, limited‑time offers and product launches.
• Monitor performance, track engagement trends and recommend improvements to reach and efficiency.
• Analyse audience behaviour, sentiment and market trends to identify opportunities and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with design, paid media, CRM and broader marketing teams to ensure social content aligns with wider campaign objectives.
• Manage approvals and internal coordination efficiently.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience managing social media for digital‑first brands.
• Proven ability to build content calendars and execute multi‑channel campaigns.
• Strong understanding of content performance across major social platforms.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment.
