Social Media Manager

About the role

LC is a growing fashion and lifestyle brand based in Dubai, seeking a proactive Social Media Manager to own and evolve its organic social presence across Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on content creation, community engagement and performance analysis to drive brand relevance and commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own LC’s organic social strategy across Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms.
• Plan, create and publish engaging, culturally relevant content.
• Produce social‑first assets, including short‑form video.
• Identify trends and reactive marketing opportunities.
• Manage community engagement, creators, influencers and user‑generated content.
• Support launches, campaigns, events, collaborations and retail initiatives.
• Track performance and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing, e‑commerce, retail and product teams.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in social media, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, beauty, retail or a fast‑moving consumer brand.
• Confidence in owning social channels independently and creating content.
• Ability to develop strategy and execute it end‑to‑end.
• Passion for social media, quick decision‑making and idea generation without waiting for a brief.
• Understanding of how social content can build brand relevance and drive commercial growth.
