Social Media Manager

About the role

Wycon Cosmetics is seeking a Social Media Manager for its new headquarters in Dubai to lead the brand’s social media presence and drive community growth across international markets, especially in the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with brand objectives and positioning.
• Plan and manage the content calendar for Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Create and coordinate engaging visual and video content.
• Monitor trends, competitors and emerging formats to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage influencer marketing and user‑generated content from scouting to collaboration.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design and Product teams on campaigns and launches.
• Analyse performance metrics and optimise based on KPI insights.
• Engage the online community to boost brand awareness across markets.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in social media, digital or content marketing.
• Background in beauty, cosmetics, fashion or retail is preferred.
• Strong passion for beauty trends, content creation and influencer marketing.
• Excellent English communication skills; Italian is a plus.
• Strong organisational, creative and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram and TikTok platforms.
• Knowledge of Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
