Social Media Manager

About the role

Oatful, the region's first high-protein overnight oats brand made in the UAE, is hiring a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager in Dubai. The manager plans, creates and publishes content across the brand's social channels, keeping a consistent brand voice and visual identity, and works closely with marketing, design and commercial teams on product launches, campaigns and brand partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the content calendar and write captions
• Coordinate photo and video shoots
• Engage the online community through comments, messages and collaborations
• Monitor performance metrics, optimise campaigns and use insights to refine social media strategy
• Support product launches, campaigns and brand partnerships with marketing, design and commercial teams

Required profile

• Relevant experience managing brand social media accounts, preferably in FMCG, food and beverage or startup environments
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple projects and respond quickly to trends and audience interactions
• Knowledge of the UAE market and regional digital culture; fluency in English required, additional languages an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and performance reporting
