Social Media Manager

About the role

A full-time, on-site Social Media Manager position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role manages and grows the academy's presence across social media platforms, from planning and publishing content to monitoring channels and replying to messages and comments professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run social media campaigns and optimise posts for reach and engagement
• Coordinate with coaches and staff to capture photos and videos
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and respond to messages and comments in a timely way
• Track performance metrics, prepare regular reports and suggest improvements based on audience insights
• Work with marketing and operations teams to support events, promotions and community initiatives

Required profile

• Demonstrated skills in social media marketing and social media optimization (SMO)
• Strong communication and writing skills to create clear, engaging and inclusive content
• Experience in content strategy, including editorial calendars aligned with organisational goals
• Ability to take initiative, work on-site in a dynamic sports environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Interest or background in sports, particularly football, is highly beneficial
