Social Media Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island, a forthcoming luxury beachside resort in Ras Al Khaimah, is looking for a Social Media Manager to join its Advertising & Brand Marketing team. You will shape and execute the resort’s social media presence across all key platforms, ensuring content aligns with the brand’s premium positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of a comprehensive social media strategy.
• Plan, publish, and optimise day‑to‑day social content on owned channels.
• Collaborate with in‑house creative and production teams to produce high‑quality, social‑first assets.
• Translate campaign announcements and events into native social narratives.
• Maintain content calendars that reflect campaigns, cultural moments and brand relevance.
• Assist influencer, creator and talent‑led initiatives from a planning and execution standpoint.
• Manage community engagement, uphold brand tone and escalate issues when needed.
• Monitor performance metrics, draw insights and adapt content accordingly.
• Coordinate with PR, CRM, partnerships and on‑ground teams to ensure integrated communication.
• Support the Director of Social Media as an operational and strategic partner.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing and executing social media strategies.
• Ability to manage daily social planning, publishing and optimisation.
• Strong collaboration skills with creative and production teams.
• Capability to craft compelling, platform‑native storytelling.
• Experience supporting influencer and creator programmes.
• Competence in community management and brand‑consistent engagement.
• Understanding of performance tracking and data‑driven content adjustments.
• Awareness of how social media integrates with PR, campaigns, CRM and on‑site activities.
