Social Media Manager & On‑Camera Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager and On‑Camera Content Creator to lead our digital presence for a dermatology and plastic surgery clinic. The role combines strategic planning of short‑form content across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and other platforms with on‑camera presentation of Arabic videos, clinic features and treatment explainers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and additional relevant platforms.
• Produce engaging Arabic on‑camera videos, develop concepts, scripts and bilingual captions.
• Coordinate filming sessions with doctors and clinic staff, ensuring smooth production.
• Maintain the content calendar, drive community engagement and generate performance reports.
• Transform patient questions and clinic expertise into clear, responsible social media content.

Required profile

• Proven social‑media experience with an aesthetic, dermatology or plastic‑surgery clinic.
• Fluent spoken and written Arabic with strong English communication skills.
• Polished, professional on‑camera presence and a portfolio of video work.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and engage short‑form video audiences.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Al Ain.
