Social Media Manager (Shortform)

About the role

This is an in‑house position with Blonds Real Estate LLC, the licensed Dubai brokerage behind the PropertySuite platform. You will own a short‑form channel end‑to‑end, from concept through editing, publishing and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Generate, script, shoot, edit and publish at least one short‑form post daily (≈30 per month) across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Shorts.
• Research trends, create engaging content, and track metrics such as reach, engagement, leads and closings.
• Identify, pitch, negotiate and manage collaborations with developers and partners, handling the full commercial deal.
• Coordinate on‑site shoots using property listings and partner agents, producing additional reels while long‑form content is filmed.

Required profile

• Proven track record creating short‑form video content with measurable results.
• Ability to edit videos independently to a publishable standard without a crew.
• Business‑oriented mindset; you will close collaboration deals yourself.
• Fluent English and based in Dubai.
• Experience in real‑estate or luxury lifestyle sectors is a plus.

Required skills

• Video editing proficiency (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro or similar).
• Strong understanding of short‑form platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn video).
• Trend research and scriptwriting for short video formats.
