Social Media Marketing Consultant

About the role

Grovy Developers, a real estate company in the UAE, is hiring a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Consultant in Dubai. The consultant plans, creates and manages social media campaigns across platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement, working closely with marketing, sales and design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content calendars and run targeted social media advertising
• Monitor performance metrics and optimise campaigns based on data insights
• Manage online communities and respond to audience interactions in a timely and professional way
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and design teams to align social media activity with business goals
• Stay up to date on digital marketing trends in real estate and identify new growth opportunities
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations for leadership

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Relevant experience in real estate or property-related marketing in the UAE market is highly beneficial
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple projects at once and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Required skills

• Social media marketing and digital marketing, including campaign planning, execution and analysis
• Social media advertising: campaign setup, targeting, budgeting and performance optimisation
• Community management experience
• Effective communication and collaboration with internal teams
• Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Analytics) is preferred
