Social Media Marketing Executive (Dubai)

About the role

Arabnb Vacation Homes is seeking a creative and driven Social Media Marketing Executive to own and grow the brand’s social presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn. Based on‑site in Dubai, you will be the voice and visual identity of the company, producing daily content that showcases luxury short‑stay living.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage a social media content calendar for all platforms.
• Film and edit property walkthrough videos, guest experience reels, TikToks and Stories.
• Develop content themes around Dubai tourism, luxury living, guest testimonials and seasonal promotions.
• Write compelling captions and copy tailored to guests, owners and investors.
• Engage with the community by responding to DMs, comments and inquiries promptly.
• Implement a direct‑booking strategy to reduce reliance on OTAs.
• Set up and manage retargeting campaigns via Meta Business Suite.
• Perform basic SEO optimisation for website listings and blog content.
• Create landing pages and promotional campaigns to drive conversions.

Required profile

• Creative, driven and resourceful with a passion for hospitality and real‑estate.
• Ability to work independently on‑site and collaborate closely with the team.
• Strong written communication and copy‑writing skills.
