Social Media Response Management Executive

About the role

The Social Media Response Management Executive will actively manage client social media pages, engage with audiences, and help shape the public image of our clients across platforms. This role serves as the primary communication bridge between clients and their customers, ensuring timely and effective interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and respond to fans on client social media pages, moderate content, and proactively engage users.
• Enhance the client’s public image through strategic social media activities.
• Act as the focal point for efficient communication between the client and its customers.
• Perform listening, monitoring, and proactive engagement based on client needs.
• Achieve agreed‑upon KPIs and deliver high‑quality results with minimal supervision.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert on social media platform usage.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in mass communication, public relations, journalism or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar social media management role.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving and conflict‑handling abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Expertise in using major social media platforms for engagement and monitoring.
