Social Media Specialist – Beauty Salon

About the role

We are looking for a creative and results‑driven Social Media Specialist to join our sister beauty salon at Palazzo Versace Dubai. You will shape the salon’s online presence, attract new clients and showcase our premium services through engaging digital content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage content across Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.
• Create monthly content calendars aligned with promotions and seasonal campaigns.
• Produce reels, stories, photos, videos and behind‑the‑scenes material in collaboration with photographers, videographers and influencers.
• Schedule posts, engage with the community and respond to client inquiries daily.
• Monitor trends, competitor activity and industry developments.
• Support influencer collaborations and digital marketing campaigns.
• Track performance, prepare reports and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media for a beauty salon or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty trends, treatments and client expectations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; additional languages a plus.
• Creative storytelling ability with attention to detail.
