Social Media Specialist – Content & Influencer Management

About the role

The Social Media Specialist will create and manage engaging content for ADNOC Distribution’s digital channels and work closely with influencers to boost brand visibility. The role ensures a consistent, positive brand image while supporting broader marketing initiatives through data‑driven storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute platform‑specific content strategies that align with ADNOC Distribution and Oasis by ADNOC brand identity.
• Collaborate with Brand and Design teams to produce high‑quality multimedia assets, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
• Oversee content production and briefing across business units for Oasis by ADNOC, Car Care, Voyager, and other marketing initiatives.
• Guide the in‑house videographer on social‑first video creation and manage live content such as Instagram Stories.
• Maintain a content calendar, publish schedules, and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate regular reports, and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with influencers whose audiences align with brand goals.
• Coordinate influencer‑led content creation and track partnership effectiveness using engagement and visibility indicators.
• Monitor social sentiment, handle user queries and escalations, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating and managing social media content for corporate brands.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing and ability to build authentic collaborations.
• Excellent storytelling skills with a data‑driven approach to content optimisation.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with brand, design, and operational teams.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organisational skills to manage multiple calendars and campaigns.
