Social Media Specialist

About the role

Orbitworks is seeking a creative, hands‑on Social Media Specialist to own and grow its social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram and other key platforms. You will tell the company’s story, showcase its people and technology, and build an engaged audience for one of the UAE’s most exciting space companies.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the monthly content calendar for LinkedIn, Instagram and other platforms.
• Create on‑brand copy, carousels, graphics briefs and short‑form video concepts.
• Transform company milestones, technical achievements and employee stories into engaging social posts.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns and boosted content on LinkedIn and Meta, including audience targeting and budget monitoring.
• Track metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, CTR and paid performance, and prepare regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, Design and internal teams to align content with business priorities.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of professional experience managing social media accounts.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
• Proficiency with audience targeting, segmentation and retargeting.
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling abilities in English.
• Experience using scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Metricool or Buffer.
