Social Media Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Specialist to enhance the digital presence of Knight Frank’s Prime Residential team in Dubai. You will plan, create, and manage engaging content across our social channels, supporting property launches, brand campaigns and market commentary.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media strategy, manage the content calendar and identify growth opportunities.
• Create and publish platform‑specific content, including Reels, Stories, short‑form video and carousel posts.
• Collaborate with agents, photographers, designers and the wider marketing team to produce luxury property and lifestyle content.
• Monitor community interactions, handle enquiries, and support paid social campaigns.
• Track performance metrics, produce reports and refine content based on audience insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of social media experience with strong Instagram and LinkedIn capabilities.
• Excellent written English, copywriting skills and strong visual/brand judgement.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple briefs and deadlines.

Required skills

• Social scheduling and reporting platforms (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
• Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Short‑form video creation tools (Reels, Stories, carousel).
• Video editing software such as Premiere Pro or CapCut.
• Social analytics and performance measurement.
