Social Media Specialist

About the role

Land Sterling, a multidisciplinary consultancy covering the property and construction sectors, is looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Specialist to join its growing Marketing team in Dubai. The role manages and develops the social media presence of Land Sterling and other group businesses, combining content planning, copywriting, publishing, community management and performance analysis across several platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Create and maintain content calendars with consistent publishing and brand alignment.
• Write captions, posts, Stories and Reels, and coordinate with the Content Creator, Photographer and Videographer on briefs and campaigns.
• Handle daily publishing, scheduling and audience engagement, and reply to comments and direct messages.
• Support promotions and campaigns, tracking budgets and performance.
• Produce regular reports on reach, engagement, audience growth, clicks and enquiries.
• Research trends, competitors and audience behaviour, and use AI tools to support content research, copywriting and workflow.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of hands-on social media management experience, preferably managing multiple business accounts.
• Excellent written English, copywriting and proofreading skills.
• Experience using AI tools for content development and research; experience in real estate, property consultancy or professional services is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok.
• Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Page tools and social media schedulers.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut or similar tools.
• Ability to read analytics and write performance reports.
