Social Seeder (Freelance)

About the role

ITP Luxury, part of ITP Media Group, is looking for a culturally fluent, platform‑native Social Seeder on a freelance basis. You will drive organic distribution and early traction for editorial and branded content across a wide range of social platforms and niche communities.

Key responsibilities

• Strategically seed content on Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, and niche forums.
• Identify and build relationships with micro‑creators, tastemakers, community leaders, and culture accounts aligned with our brands.
• Adapt captions and messaging to fit platform‑specific norms and community etiquette.
• Generate early engagement to maximise organic reach and algorithmic amplification.
• Collaborate with editorial, social, and audience teams to align seeding strategies with content priorities.
• Monitor engagement velocity, sentiment and share patterns, providing feedback for future strategies.
• Track and report on reach, engagement and qualitative impact of seeding activities.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of social ecosystems, creator culture and community dynamics.
• Culturally fluent and able to sense what content feels native versus promotional.
• Strong written communication and ability to craft platform‑specific messaging.
• Proactive, data‑aware mindset with interest in emerging community spaces.

Required skills

• Creator relations and community management knowledge.
• Understanding of major social platforms and their algorithmic behaviours.
• Social media audience growth techniques.
