Software Architect

About the role

We are looking for Solution Architect to drive the evolution of our ride‑hailing and super‑app platform. In this role you will work closely with engineering teams and domain directors to define architecture strategy, ensure scalable and resilient solutions, and guide key technical decisions while supporting rapid product growth.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in system design and architectural decision‑making in collaboration with development teams, ensuring a balance between speed, quality, and resilience.
• Collaborate with the architecture team to develop a long‑term roadmap for platform evolution and technological solutions, enabling scalability and sustainable business growth.
• Conduct audits of key services, identify technical debt, and propose a modernization strategy to support high load and rapid product launches.
• Drive the development of architecture and related processes.
• Define the architectural vision and technical strategy in collaboration with the CTO and other architects.

Required profile

• Experience designing and implementing architectures for high‑load distributed systems (handling 230K RPS across 7 regions).
• Strong understanding of both server‑side and client‑side architecture and their constraints.
• Excellent knowledge of modern technologies, particularly AWS; AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate certification required.
• Strong leadership skills to shape technical vision and communicate complex architectural decisions to engineers and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate architectural collaboration across multiple teams and ensure consistent platform‑level approaches.
