Software Engineer - E-Commerce (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Software Engineer to join a leading technology company focused on high‑traffic e‑commerce platforms. This remote, full‑time position involves building scalable backend services that power real‑time user experiences for millions of customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain distributed backend services.
• Write clean, efficient, and well‑tested code.
• Profile and optimize system performance, including algorithmic improvements.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical design sessions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to ship features.

Required profile

• New‑grad or early‑career professional with a strong foundation in software engineering.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Go, Python, or Java.
• Experience or familiarity with distributed systems, microservices, and cloud‑native development.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases and performance tuning.

• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
