Software Engineer - ElectronJS, Desktop (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Software Engineer specialized in ElectronJS to design, build, and maintain desktop applications. The position is fully remote and offers the chance to work with a global leader in the technology and internet sector, delivering high‑quality, cross‑platform software.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain desktop applications using ElectronJS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Design, implement, and optimise new features while ensuring performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Debug, test, and resolve issues reported by users or identified through automated testing.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in ElectronJS and modern JavaScript/TypeScript development.
• Experience with Node.js and front‑end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and event‑driven architectures.
• Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
• Experience using testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha.
