Software Engineer - ElectronJS, Desktop (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a remote Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain desktop applications using ElectronJS. The position is full‑time and part of a global technology leader, offering the chance to shape user‑focused products that run on Windows, macOS and Linux.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross‑platform desktop applications with ElectronJS, JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Design, implement and optimise new features while ensuring performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Write clean, maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Debug, test and resolve issues reported by users or identified through automated testing.

Required profile

• Proven experience building desktop applications with ElectronJS.
• Strong ability to work remotely and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Solid understanding of asynchronous and event‑driven programming models.
