Software Engineer – ElectronJS Desktop (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to develop and maintain desktop applications using ElectronJS. The position is fully remote and offers the chance to work with a global leader in the technology sector, delivering high‑quality software solutions to a widely used platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain desktop applications with ElectronJS, JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Design, implement, and optimise features while ensuring performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Debug and resolve issues reported by users or identified through testing.

Required profile

• Proven experience building ElectronJS desktop applications.
• Strong background in asynchronous programming and event‑driven architectures.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
