Software Engineer - ElectronJS, Desktop (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Software Engineer to develop and maintain desktop applications using ElectronJS. The position is remote and involves close collaboration with product and engineering teams to deliver high‑quality, performant software.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cross‑platform desktop applications with ElectronJS, JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Implement new features, optimise existing code, and ensure scalability and performance.
• Translate product requirements into technical specifications and clear implementation plans.
• Write clean, maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues reported by users or identified through testing.

Required profile

• Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Commitment to producing high‑quality, well‑documented code.
• Experience with asynchronous programming and event‑driven architectures.
• Proficiency in using version control systems, particularly Git.
