Software Engineer – Hybrid Mobile App Developer (Flutter & React)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Mobile App Engineer / Technical Lead to drive the enhancement, maintenance, and evolution of enterprise‑grade mobile applications built with Flutter. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality, secure, and scalable solutions for Android and iOS while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance cross‑platform mobile apps using Flutter and Dart.
• Design and implement new features aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Integrate Azure cloud services, RESTful and GraphQL APIs, and secure authentication (OAuth2, JWT, SSO, Azure AD/B2C).
• Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, applying DevSecOps practices and automated testing.
• Monitor app health with Azure Application Insights, Firebase Crashlytics and resolve performance or security issues.
• Manage releases to App Store and Google Play, handling environment configurations across Dev, QA, UAT and Production.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of professional mobile app development experience, preferably with enterprise‑scale Flutter projects.
• Proven track record of delivering production‑grade applications and supporting multiple release cycles.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with QA and backend teams.
