Software Product Testing Engineer

About the role

Datamaze is recruiting for a Software Product Testing Engineer for Hyderabad or Dubai. The role ensures the software product is reliable, of high quality, and performs well by applying various testing techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Create, document, and execute test strategies, plans, and test cases that comply with product and business requirements.
• Perform manual testing for functional and non‑functional, regression, and end‑to‑end testing to identify defects and assess usability.
• Create and manage automation testing scripts using frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, TestNG, or equivalents.
• Conduct performance and load testing with tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.
• Document and track defects while collaborating with development teams and managing testing environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3‑5 years of experience in software testing/QA or a relevant position.
• Experience testing web‑based applications, APIs, and mobile applications.
• Understanding of incorporating testing within CI/CD development processes.
• Familiarity with Jira, TestRail, Git, and related tools.
