Software Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Software Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of our trading platforms and web applications. The role involves both manual and automated testing using Playwright and JavaScript, working within a collaborative, innovative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications to verify product quality and functionality.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Execute regression, functional, integration, and UI testing across multiple environments.
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams to identify and resolve defects early.
• Participate in test planning, estimation, and documentation of test cases and results.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation frameworks.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in software testing, both manual and automation.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Preferred background in Forex, Fintech, or Crypto industries.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Playwright automation with JavaScript/TypeScript
• API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured
• Version control using Git
• CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Fundamental web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
