Solution Account Manager - MEA

About the role

Belden is seeking a Solution Account Manager for the MEA region to drive revenue growth and expand presence in the Process, Energy & Transportation sectors across Turkey, CIS and GCC (excluding KSA).

Key responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to grow revenue with existing customers through robust account plans and cross‑selling.
• Expand Belden’s presence by engaging directly with potential new customers and channel partners in the Process, Energy & Transportation sector.
• Create a comprehensive market landscape for the vertical in the Middle East, highlighting areas of potential success.
• Develop and execute winning sales strategies, manage sales funnels, and achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Customer Innovation Centers to deliver solution‑based proposals that generate demand and win projects.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience with a strong commercial focus.
• 10+ years of experience in Operational Technology with 5+ years of End User Sales experience, proven track record in the Energy sector.
• International exposure in a medium‑to‑large organization, comfortable working in a matrix environment.
• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills; agile mindset.
• Fluency in English and at least one other relevant language.
