Solution Advisor Manager (KSA based)

About the role

As a Solution Advisor Manager you will lead a team of Solution Advisors who support SAP’s sales organisation. Based in the UAE but serving the KSA market, you will coach, mentor and ensure the delivery of high‑impact technical demonstrations and value‑based engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Solution Advisors to achieve high performance.
• Partner with Account Executives to design and deliver tailored product demonstrations.
• Maintain consistent delivery of value‑based demos and proof‑of‑value engagements.
• Create feedback loops between customers and product teams to influence product direction.
• Drive adoption of sales methodologies such as Value Selling and Challenger Sale.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and performance tracking of team members.

Required profile

• 9+ years of experience in the software/SaaS industry.
• 2–3 years in a presales leadership or senior presales role.
• Strong background in enterprise software presales, preferably B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor and develop presales professionals.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for technical and business audiences.
• Familiarity with value‑based selling methodologies.
• Experience working in a remote‑first, international environment.
