Solution Architect – EMEA Professional Services

About the role

Fireblocks is seeking a Solution Architect to lead technical delivery of its digital‑asset platform for the Middle East region. You will own end‑to‑end implementation for large banks and financial institutions, from deal close through production, and support pre‑sales activities to help win new business.

Key responsibilities

• Own the transition from deal close to production, taking full accountability for delivered solutions.
• Define enterprise customers’ setup, including API integrations, security architecture, and documentation.
• Steer complex integrations across core banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule compliance.
• Codify reusable reference architectures, integration patterns, and playbooks to scale delivery across the Middle East.
• Act as the bridge between Sales, Product, R&D, and customers to solve integration challenges.
• Support strategic pre‑sales cycles with technical discovery and solution design.
• Ensure operational excellence and high customer satisfaction throughout delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience delivering post‑sale implementations in complex enterprise or financial‑services environments.
• Experience with blockchain, cryptography, Web3 technologies or with banks/financial institutions (one is required, both a strong advantage).
• Software development background and a hands‑on technical mindset.
• Deep understanding of IT security and cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and best practices.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring of engineers or architects.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is desirable.
