Solutions & Analytics Analyst – Pricing

About the role

Etihad Airways is seeking a Solutions & Analytics Analyst – Pricing to join its Revenue & Commercial team in Abu Dhabi. The role sits at the intersection of business and technology, developing and improving tools that support pricing and revenue‑management operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, code, test and maintain scripts, prototypes, dashboards and automation solutions that enhance pricing processes and system functionality.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Revenue Management and external technology vendors to gather requirements, resolve technical issues and deliver new system capabilities.
• Investigate system incidents, troubleshoot problems and coordinate fixes to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
• Analyse operational data and system performance to identify improvement opportunities and support business‑decision reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research, Business Analytics, Economics or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Hands‑on experience with programming, scripting or data analysis using Python, SQL or R.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate technical findings into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative attitude.
