S&OP Program Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced supply chain professional to join our S&OP team in the United Arab Emirates. The role bridges business and operations, ensuring seamless planning and execution during peak and off‑peak periods while enhancing customer and seller experience.

Key responsibilities

• Set up robust processes to improve forecasting accuracy, minimizing cost and maximizing experience.
• Support business growth in constrained environments with frugal, innovative solutions.
• Scale existing processes by identifying and implementing tools and automation.
• Roll out best practices from other geographies to reduce end‑to‑end supply‑chain losses.
• Influence business, operations, and technical audiences through problem‑solving and communication.
• Program manage and drive decision‑making across cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.

Required profile

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of cross‑functional work with technical and non‑technical teams.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing data‑driven process improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
