Sourcing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sourcing Coordinator to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in coordination, project management, operations, or vendor management and an interest in the luxury industry. Full training will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sourcing requests and follow‑ups.
• Communicate professionally with vendors and internal teams.
• Track product availability, pricing, and relevant information.
• Maintain organized records of requests and sourcing activity.
• Follow up on outstanding requests to ensure timely responses.
• Build strong working relationships with vendors and partners.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, operations, procurement, account coordination, or a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and follow‑up skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.

Required skills

• Comfortable communicating through WhatsApp, email, and phone.
• Quick learner with a genuine interest in luxury fashion and products.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
