About the role
We are looking for a friendly and attentive Spa Attendant to join the Sofitel Dubai The Palm team. In this full‑time position you will be the first point of contact for guests using the spa facilities, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide guests with spa information, anticipate their needs and escort them to the appropriate areas.
- Maintain the spa environment clean, tidy, stocked and organized at all times.
- Greet guests warmly, give tours of the spa, and act as a host in locker rooms and relaxation areas.
- Prepare treatment rooms according to SOPs and ensure all amenities and toiletries are stocked.
- Consistently engage with guests, offering water and other services throughout their visit.
Required profile
- Customer service experience, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
- Housekeeping experience is an advantage.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
