Spa Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for a personable Spa Receptionist to join the wellness team at One&Only Royal Mirage in Dubai. The role is the first point of contact for spa guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience that reflects the resort’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and register spa guests, manage appointments and answer inquiries.
• Promote and sell spa treatments, retail products and additional services through upselling and cross‑selling.
• Maintain accurate guest records and handle payments using the resort’s reservation system.
• Coordinate with the Director of Wellness and other spa departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide information on spa facilities, packages and special promotions.
• Assist with inventory control of retail items and treatment supplies.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar front‑desk or guest‑service role within a luxury resort or five‑star hotel.
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional language is a plus.
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with reservation or point‑of‑sale software.
• Experience in the Middle East/GCC market is advantageous.
• Dynamic, creative, passionate and flexible attitude.
