SPA Receptionist - Russian Speaker

About the role

We are seeking a warm, professional SPA Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests at Sofitel Al Hamra Beach Resort. The role combines front‑desk duties with coordination of spa operations, ensuring a seamless and memorable wellness experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for all spa inquiries, bookings, and reservations from direct guests and partner hotels.
• Process day‑spa and residential spa bookings accurately, maintaining organized records of client preferences and administrative documents.
• Respond promptly to phone, email, and in‑person inquiries, delivering a courteous and professional experience.
• Follow up on provisional bookings to confirm reservations and maximize occupancy.
• Coordinate treatment schedules and communicate details to therapists and staff.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints with empathy, resolving issues efficiently.
• Manage spa inventory records and support administrative tasks as needed.
• Assist with spa treatments when required and collaborate with hotel partners and external agents for group bookings and special events.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a spa, wellness, or hospitality reception role (advantageous).
• Knowledge of beauty or wellness treatments is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Professional appearance, calm demeanor, and a genuine passion for guest satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to rotating schedules.
• Fluent Russian language skills.
• Valid work authorization for the United Arab Emirates.
