Spa Therapist

About the role

Swissôtel Al Murooj, a luxury 5-star hotel in downtown Dubai, is hiring a Spa Therapist. The role covers delivering body treatments and aesthetic procedures, while also helping to run the spa smoothly, train other therapists and promote spa services to guests and members.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all body treatments and aesthetic procedures as certified and trained, and review each appointment after completion
• Maintain client comfort and courtesy, and answer guests' questions about the facility
• Keep the work area clean, tidy and stocked with the products needed for treatments
• Help the spa maintain its Swissôtel Al Murooj standards, including hygiene, cleaning and equipment maintenance
• Ensure adequate stock, follow operational checklists and emergency procedures, and act as a food and beverage ambassador
• Train and supervise other therapists regularly, and help the team meet sales and treatment targets
• Assist in spa operations and stay up to date with current trends in body treatments and aesthetics

Required profile

• College graduate
• At least 1 year of professional experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury 5-star hotel
• Current professional spa therapy certification and licensure
• Demonstrated expertise in body treatments and aesthetic procedures
• Track record of exceptional service in a high-end hospitality setting
• Flexibility with working hours
