About the role
Our Spa Specialists are essential to delivering memorable luxury spa experiences at The Ritz‑Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal. You will promote services, manage reservations and ensure each guest’s visit feels seamless and indulgent. You will work closely with the spa team to uphold the Gold Standards of service and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for all guests.
Key responsibilities
- Promote spa services and retail products while answering guest inquiries.
- Schedule, confirm, and check‑in reservations using reservation software.
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment and adhere to company policies and uniform standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior spa experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
Required skills
- Proficiency with reservation software.
- Ability to schedule reservations and manage bookings.
- Experience processing payments.
