About the role

The SPARK Apprenticeship Program gives Emirati talent an immersive introduction to luxury retail through hands-on experience at Chalhoub Group. As a SPARK Apprentice you join one of the Group's teams and contribute to real business priorities while learning from experienced professionals. Depending on your background and interests, the path may lead to areas such as Marketing, E-Commerce, Supply Chain, Technology & Data, Human Resources, Finance, Sustainability, Commercial, Creative or Retail Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support day-to-day projects, operations and business priorities alongside experienced professionals.
• Work with different teams and stakeholders across the Group.
• Contribute to research, reporting, presentations, data analysis, coordination and project delivery depending on your function.
• Take increasing ownership of responsibilities as your knowledge and confidence grow.
• Participate in structured learning and development, and receive guidance, coaching and feedback.

Required profile

• UAE National with a Family Book.
• Bachelor's degree or completion of internship requirements with no course load.
• Genuine willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Curiosity about luxury retail and the careers behind the customer experience.
• Previous professional experience is not required; the focus is on potential and willingness to grow.

Required skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a collaborative mindset.
• Proactive approach, good organisation and time management.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
