Specialist, Communications Strategy & Planning

About the role

ADNOC is seeking a Specialist in Communications Strategy & Planning to help shape and execute its corporate communication agenda. The role will support the development of content and channel strategies that align with the company’s objectives and serve both national and international stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and contribute to ADNOC L&S communication strategy and plans, covering content and channel implementation.
• Oversee internal stakeholder outreach, content mining, campaign planning, deployment and analysis.
• Monitor implementation of the communication strategy and report on achievement of objectives.
• Produce monthly and quarterly reports in collaboration with external partners such as UNICEF.
• Coordinate with communications teams and business functions to ensure consistent messaging, timing and positioning.
• Consolidate communication requirements across functions and prioritize based on business impact.
• Assess communication effectiveness through regular reviews and adjust strategy accordingly.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of relevant experience in communications strategy or planning.
• Familiarity with UAE laws and regulations as they relate to corporate communications.
