Specialist Consultant Hematologist – Leading Healthcare

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Hematologist to join a leading healthcare facility in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. This position offers the opportunity to work in a modern, multidisciplinary environment, delivering high‑quality inpatient and outpatient hematology care.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of hematological disorders, including anemia, bleeding, clotting disorders, and hematological malignancies.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, monitor patient outcomes, and adjust therapies as needed.
• Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient hematology services.
• Collaborate with oncologists, pathologists, radiologists, and other specialists.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and tumor boards where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold high standards of patient care.

Required profile

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• Postgraduate qualification in Hematology or a relevant specialty (MD/DNB/MRCP or equivalent).
• American Board Certification in Hematology/Oncology or a comparable specialty (highly preferred).
• Relevant post‑specialization clinical experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
