Specialist Creative Designer

About the role

The Specialist Creative Designer will translate abstract concepts into compelling visual solutions across print, digital, film, TV and social media. Working closely with digital and corporate marketing teams, you will shape brand‑consistent experiences for websites, apps and animated content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop visual communication assets using color theory, typography, layout and composition.
• Create wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts.
• Design user interfaces that are intuitive, responsive and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Storyboard, sketch and produce frames for animation projects, assembling them into final moving pictures.
• Maintain organized design files, style guides and design systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, incorporate feedback and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging design trends and technologies.

• Strong visual storytelling ability and creative thinking.
• Attention to detail and high standards for accuracy and consistency.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and meet tight deadlines.
• Agility in learning new tools and techniques.

Required skills

• Proficiency with physical and digital design tools for illustration, layout and animation.
• Experience creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes and storyboards.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
