About the role
Madison Pearl is partnering with a government entity in Abu Dhabi to hire an Emirati specialist who will lead detailed reviews of government spending, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, optimise costs and generate savings.
Key responsibilities
- Manage assigned reviews from data collection through analysis, recommendations and final deliverables while coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Review budgets, actual spending, cost drivers and operational performance to pinpoint inefficiencies and improvement areas.
- Build financial models, conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis, and assess options to quantify potential savings.
- Compare performance and costs across entities or sectors and translate findings into evidence‑based recommendations for senior management.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Professional qualifications such as CMA, ACCA or CPA are desirable.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Only Emirati nationals will be considered.
