Specialist Sales Support

About the role

The Specialist – Sales Support joins the Business Development team in Dubai, overseeing cost models for bids, quotes, and renewals across Transguard Group. The role ensures pricing integrity, supports revenue forecasting, and collaborates with multiple functions to deliver accurate financial outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing strategies, conduct cost analysis, and forecast revenue based on market demand.
• Maintain and update pricing templates, databases, and Excel‑based models, ensuring alignment with budgets and company policies.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, finance, and other stakeholders to produce customized pricing proposals and financial summaries for clients.
• Provide governance on client pricing, manage pricing agreements, and generate performance reports for management review.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting or mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in pricing, finance or related roles, preferably within a similar industry.
• Strong quantitative, analytical and detail‑orientation skills with the ability to present pricing proposals effectively.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA is a plus).
• Solid understanding of cost analysis, profit margin optimization and revenue forecasting.
