Specialist TA Sourcing

About the role

EDGE, an advanced technology group headquartered in the UAE focused on defence and emerging technologies, is looking for a Specialist TA Sourcing in Abu Dhabi. The role delivers high-quality sourcing outcomes for priority roles, balancing a white-glove candidate experience with scalable delivery through a multi-channel approach. It covers channel creation and management, pipeline development and execution of Priority 1 (P1) and escalated Priority 2 (P2) mandates, with involvement in Talent Acquisition projects.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end sourcing for P1 and escalated P2 roles.
• Build and manage internal and external sourcing channels, signals, talent pools and pipelines, including referrals.
• Run sourcing initiatives that improve quality, speed or pipeline health, and contribute to TA initiatives with the Head of TA Enablement & Sourcing.
• Conduct market intelligence analysis and deliver talent signals and insights.
• Execute advanced search strategies across multiple platforms.
• Deliver white-glove candidate experience for senior, niche and technical roles.
• Manage scalable outreach campaigns and maintain accurate use of ATS and sourcing tools.
• Analyse sourcing metrics and optimise processes, and partner with recruiters and hiring managers.

Required profile

• Research-driven technical or specialist sourcing experience.
• Ability to manage several priority requisitions and prioritise them.
• Demonstrable experience delivering projects and initiatives.
• Prompt engineering and Boolean expertise.
• Multi-channel sourcing skills and strong stakeholder communication.
• English proficiency required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools.
• Preferred: sourcing funnel metric analysis, white-glove sourcing, modular pipeline building, niche or regulated market experience, AI-enabled sourcing tools, and mentoring junior team members.
