Specialist – Talent Acquisition & Capability Assessment

About the role

Julphar is seeking a Specialist in Talent Acquisition and Capability Assessment to support its culture transformation journey. The role will drive end‑to‑end recruitment, manage assessment centers, and ensure that new hires align with the company’s values and strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycles for assigned positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs and recruitment strategies.
• Design and execute sourcing plans across multiple channels.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and deliver a consistent, professional experience.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews and facilitate behavioral assessments.
• Coordinate assessment center activities for external hires and internal promotions.
• Administer psychometric tests, case studies, simulations, and role‑plays.
• Ensure accurate data entry in the ATS and produce recruitment dashboards and reports.
• Support employer branding initiatives and uphold compliance with HR policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar HR function.
• Hands‑on experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Proven exposure to assessment centers and psychometric tools.
• Strong knowledge of competency‑based interviewing techniques.
