Specialty Outlet Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

Beach Rotana is seeking a dynamic Specialty Outlet Manager to lead one of its Food & Beverage outlets. The role combines front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house responsibilities, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while meeting financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare employee schedules based on forecasts and staffing guidelines.
• Conduct regular training sessions aligned with departmental SOPs.
• Evaluate team performance, drive internal development and promotions.
• Oversee timely set‑up of the outlet according to meal settings and opening hours.
• Welcome and seat guests with the assistance of the hostess, maintaining a professional relationship.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and upkeep through frequent tours.
• Participate actively in promotional activities and maintain a database of regular guests.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar Food & Beverage management role, preferably in the Middle East.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, effective communication, planning, supervision, teamwork, adaptability, customer focus and results‑driven mindset.
